Hello Joseph Group:)

Love must be sincere. Hate what is evil; Cling to what is good. (Romans 12:9) 사랑에는 거짓이 없나니 악을 미워하고 선에 속하라. (로마서 12장 9절) Did you have the feeling of frustration, anger or hatred toward anyone or anything this week? To be honest, I did. That's why I'm sharing this verse which I read this morning. The bible makes these points very clear; 1. God is love; it is essential to His nature and being. 2. God's love is achieved through the greatest sacrifice of all- giving His son to accomplish the salvation of sinners through the cross. 3. God's love, saving and changing sinners like us by the power of the Holy Spirit- transforms us into people who desire and the ability to love. 4. This love, experienced genuinely by Christians, is expressed to God, and to others. 

In order to do that, we have to nourish our souls in the truth, confess everything- your weakness and failings- and seek God's help to be more like Christ. Pray that our lives be the true reflection of His life. Let our love be sincere! :)

Last week, we had our first English "Praise and Prayer night." I was so blessed by the praise and words! '...but the righteous give generously.' '…it is more blessed to give than to receive.' To Him be glory!

This week, we're finally back on "Experiencing God." Elder Yi will share the message on section 4 of the book, God works through His servants Part I.

1. Pray for North Korea and Philippine. Peace for these nations, North Korea where there's the worst persecutions for Christians, Philippine for those affected by the typhoon 2. Pray for Joseph Group, for one another, and ourselves. If we have anyone on your mind that you want to pray for...please do so throughout the week. Continue to pray for ourselves to be more brave to share the gospel.3. Pray for our church! For unity in Jesus, God's will within our church, Holy spirit to move us, and fruitfulness in our church.
